Software Tester (Job Number:400062)
Description:
The Software Tester will be responsible for running test cases, performing regression testing, verify claimed bug fixes, and entering data into a bug tracking system.
The candidate will use predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to test web applications. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with a prescribed process.
The candidate will test software products and user documentation for consistency, accuracy, and functionality to ensure a high level of product quality. Responsible for quality assurance of software developed by other groups; documents the result of the quality assurance activities; prepares test plans for each project and participates in user acceptance.
Teamwork and a professional attitude is key to this position.

- Candidates must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree and 6+ year of experience (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree).
