Will design, implement, and manage INL's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) including certificates for authentication, encryption, and digital signature. Will be actively engaged with IM Enterprise Architecture team to architect solutions that meet the DOE-HQ order for Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM), as well as the IM strategic technology roadmap.

Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or related, eg, Mathematics or Engineering and 11 years relevant experience or MS Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or related, eg, Mathematics or Engineering and 9 years relevant experience. Relevant experience includes expertise and years of experience in managing Active Directory, experience with two-factor authentication, federated identity solutions, single sign-on, and Public Key Infrastructure. Experience with Powershell or other types of Scripting is required.

Special Requirements and/or Training:

Familiarity with DOE-HQ Identity, Credential, and Access Management
