Based in bustling downtown Chicago, within The Loop, we are urgently seeking a Senior .NET Developer or Software Engineer to support our 6+ month project focused on the optimization of our enterprise level financial systems application. We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with a minimum of 5 years of
ASP.NET/C# experience and a solid understanding of financial instruments and trading via exposure to a hedge fund, investment bank, trading firm, etc.

What you need for this position:
- 5+ years of .NET software engineering or development experience
- SQL Server
- XML
- Financial industry experience
- The ability to commit to a 6 month contract in downtown Chicago
Pluses:
- C++
- Consulting background
- Optimization Development experience
- An in depth understanding of derivatives, options, fixed assets and asset pricing models
What you'll be doing:
- Working on the optimization of our enterprise level financial application. In addition to a solid ASP.NET and C# background, a qualified candidate should have experience with:
- Memory Caching
- Real Time Processing
