We are a multi-million dollar provider of financial billing software services and products looking for a General Manager to manage the operations. Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Programming. You will manage the IT Manager and the Operations Coordinator and report directly to the Vice President.

What you need for this position:
- Understanding of Operations and Management over a growing or well established SaaS company.
- You must have a programming/development background in Java applications.
- Bachelor degree in computer science, web programming, or related field
- Strong technical experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications
- Demonstrated track record in visioning, building and managing successful self-service experiences
- High strategic thought leadership capability
- Ability to promote the team vision to executive leadership/staff and other organizations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
What you'll be doing:
- Identify, understand, and tailor strategies to a wide range of client communities.
- Partner with technology team and define appropriate engagement model for new and existing products and features; Ensure seamless end-to-end client experience.
- Define and use site metrics tools to define and manage products†performance
- Improve organizational learning process as it relates to clients knowledge, comfort, and use of product.
