Job Title: HP Service Manager/Service Center

Location: Bloomington, IL

Duration: 6-9 Months

HP Service Manager (7.x/9.x) Implementation
Tailoring/Configuration of HP Service Manager Modules
Expertise in Knowledge Management module and workflow
Customer Communication/drive Knowledge Management workshops and requirements
Work with offshore team to drive the schedule & Tasks
Expertise on eGain knowledge Management tool is an added advantage.
4+ years of HP Service Manager 7.x/9.2/9.3 or Service Center implementation, support
Experience in implementing HP SM Knowledge Management modules
Experience in migrating the knowledge repository (documents) from third party tools to HP Service Manager Knowledge Management
Have good knowledge in Scripting (Java Scripts/Python Scripts).
Knowledge on using HP ConnectIT tool
Implementation, Configuration, Customization, tailoring and Administration of HP Service Manager
Knowledge on third party KM tools like eGain
Well versed in ITIL disciplines
Good communication skills
At least 8 years of IT industry experience
Experience in creating accurate documentation and assist in project work as required
Exposure to Unix and Windows Operating Systems
Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Excellent written and spoken English
Flexible and willing to work as part of a team to achieve project goals
Certification:
HP Service Center/Manager Certification
ITIL Foundation Certification
