Accountable for the day-to-day implementation of work to ensure the delivery of quality and cost-efficient services to customers. Manages applications and customer expectations for delivery of products. Leads teams and projects to implement new technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Works on cross-functional projects. Partners with business customers to understand business needs and requirements to provide recommendations and improvements to processes, projects and services.
- Measures and tracks performance. Leads teams to enhance performance and achieve targets. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contributes to and implements standards and changes to systems and processes. May assist in performing process quality and compliance audits. Supports enterprise-wide compliance with enterprise standards, processes and policies.
- Manages all activities tied to the OnDemand content manager systems including development and production support.
- Coordinates activities of the off-shore development team.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 Years of Project Management experience
- Proficient in MS Project
- 2 years of experience in Team lead or manager
- 2 years of experience in Mainframe application development
- 1 year of experience in IBM OnDemand Content Manager system

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems/MIS or Science
- 2 years of experience in Team lead or manager
- 5 years of experience in Mainframe application development
- 2 years of experience with IBM OnDemand Content Manager
