Looking for a Help Desk Manager over an outsourced environment and a staff of 2 as well as several offsite. There are 500 users in house in addition to 750-1000 offsite that is handles by the outsourcers. You will oversee all help desktop, Windows, IPad, OIS, Android, Wireless, mange the outsourcers. You will handle customer complaints and all technology in the corporate office. You will have experience with Process /Change Management, SOA, SOX, ITIL, Metrics, provisioning. There is some occassional travel involved.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years Help Desk Leadership/Management experience of outsourced environment
- IPad, Wireless, Handheld
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years customer Service
- Occasssional International and Domestic travel
- Excellent communication skills
- SOA, SOX, ITIL
