Description
Responsible for developing test scenarios for unit, process, function, integration and acceptance testing. Manages and leads test strategies across multiple projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Defines and maintains test system configurations, performs test executions and writes test scripts for complex integrated systems.
- Establishes goals and objectives for appropriate testing cycles. Defines and manages software test environments. Defines and maintains test standards and quality assurance tasks.
- Participates in the development and implementation of structured testing concepts, methodologies and automated testing tools.
- Implements test processes on projects, writes test plans, procedures and scripts, and analyzes test results.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or military experience
- 1 year of experience in Test Analyst
- 2 years of experience in Test Lead

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Software testing certification. Automation certification, Winrunner, QTP, Loadrunner, Project Management
- 2 years of experience in Test Analyst
- 5 years of experience in Test Lead
