Senior Application Developer - Python, Django, MongoDB Senior Application Developer

Based in New York City we are a start up looking for a Senior Application Developer to join our fast growing team. We are seeking talent to assist with our Real Time data platform that will enable marketer to see how their brand is doing and measure it up against their competitors.
What you need for this position:
- 3-4 years of Python programming experience
- Min 2-3 years of Django experience
- 2-3 years of MongoDB experience with NoSQL databases is required
- Knowledge of Linux (Shell Scripting, Apache, Lighttpd, MySQL, MongoDB configuration/maintenance and Cron job scheduling)
- Some experience with HTML, CSS or Java would be helpful
- Experience with using API's
- Experience with version control (SVN or CVS or Git) is a must
What you'll be doing:
- Define process for data analytics, data mining, knowledge management, and business logic optimization
- Build scalable systems that analyze large data sets, an work with incomplete or imperfect data
- Dig through massive amounts of data to parse out useful insights
- Work with the team in both on-site and off-site environment
