Key Role:

Provide DoD business enterprise architecture (BEA) analysis and support for a portfolio of finance, accounting, and pay and personnel systems within the DFAS portfolio. Provide analysis and assessment of BEA compliance and provide gap analysis and reports for each of the systems within the portfolio. Apply technical knowledge for mapping system functions and activities to the BEA and analyze and diagnose issues with each ACART systems submission. Leverage knowledge of the DoD architecture framework and the BEA to provide training and guidance for system managers. Analyze and resolve issues independently and interact with the client to obtain information required to support BEA compliance. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with researching and developing DoDAF products, including OV's SV's, and TV's
-Knowledge of DoD enterprise business systems, including finance, accounting, and pay and personnel systems
-Ability to work well within a team with analysts, IT professionals, and client staff
-Ability to work independently and remain on task meeting deliverables
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with performing BEA compliance using the ACART tool
-Experience with DoD business systems
-Experience with data modeling and IT architecture analysis
-Possession of excellent analytical skills
-Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
