Position Summary:

Senior Staff for Revenue Cycle Analytics (RCA) implementations for hospital, health system and physician network clients. Responsibilities include data and financial analysis, light financial modeling and other Healthcare financial tasks as assigned/requested.

Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- Must have 1-2 years Healthcare Finance experience. Experience with Hospital A/R is preferred, but not required.
- Strong Microsoft EXCEL skills a must. Basic knowledge of SQL preferred, but not required.
- Must have a solid reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, partners, etc.
- Demonstrated strong communication and analytical skills.
- Must have attention to detail, ability to work with light supervision and function within a team environment.
