Internet and International Customer Data Analyst

Delta Faucet has an outstanding opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented analyst to work within our product data team within Marketing. The Internet and International Customer Data Analyst is the key point of contact for Product Data in the Internet and International channels and is responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their data needs and providing appropriate data solutions.

Principal Accountabilities:
Develop key relationships with customers
Communicates Product Data information both internally and externally
º Product set-up information
º Product information updates (ship dates, obsolete dates)
º Price Files
Understand Customer Data needs both internally and externally
Manage/Facilitate changes to reports
Assist in finding, prioritizing and fixing data issues
Pro-actively seek improvements to processes related to data integrity and reporting
Manipulation of large quantities of data

Education and Experience/Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess a BS in Business or Marketing related field and at least 2-4 years of related marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience building customer relationships is desirable. Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Access are required. Incumbent must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with our customers. This role must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize multiple, often competing priorities.
