Description

Key Role:
Support to DoD client by using analytics to support organizational transformation and business process improvement. Develop analytical models, conduct analysis, use statistical methods, and provide visualization design support related to developing integrated cost and performance models and other deliverables. Apply quantitative skills to develop, refine, and apply a variety of analytical methods and models to help transform large sets of data into knowledge the client can use. Work in a fast-paced highly flexible team and client environment. Maintain responsibility for working with the client to conduct stakeholder interviews, collect and assimilate data, define business rules, and communicate the analysis to clients and leadership. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience with performing in an analyst or statistician role-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project-Experience with developing sound business methods and processes-Experience with identifying and implementing best practices-Ability to clearly and patiently explain the process, approach, model, analysis, or solution-Ability to apply theoretical concepts to real world applications and take a model and generalizes it and apply it to another client's needs-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:-Experience with operations research skills and techniques preferred-Experience with authoring requirements and design documents, including requirements documents-Experience with developing and implementing process improvement solutions-Ability to facilitate team and client interactions-Ability to prepare and present briefings to senior leaders-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills-Possession of excellent problem solving skills
