JOB DESCRIPTION:

Works on tasks where analysis of data requires an evaluation of various factors. Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and criteria for obtaining results. Ensures project schedules, and performance requirements are met.

- Develops and performs software analysis and tests software specific to area of a design

- Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters and tests against requirements to verify product design.

- Contributes to the development of organization's goals and objectives

- Interacts daily with supervisors and/or functional peer groups and may interact w/customer
- Working with the Requirement, Test, Infrastructure, Development etc teams to create/update test cases, automate manual test case and procedures into automated test scripts, which validate requirements; track and report testing activities; maintain test case coverage, defects found etc;
Troubleshoot problems found during testing on software before reporting bugs

Qualifications

:
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:

- Bachelor's degree in related field and 3-5 + years experience.

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Proficiency in computer applications, languages, technologies, advanced set-up and configurations

- Knowledge of LabView a bonus.
