Located in Dubuque, we are looking for an experienced Strategic Development Manager to implement and execute our product development strategy.

Tools you need in your tool belt:
-BSCS degree or equivalent
-Adept in Ajax CSS3, Jquery, JavaScript, HTML 5, HTML, MVC, ASP.Net and C#
-Advanced database experience, mainly SQL server and Oracle
-Modern Agile practices such as SCRUM, Lean, etc.
- We use Test driven Development and paired programming and simple design
Day 2 Day:
-Direct product design and implementation efforts
-Manage development teams varying in complexity just you keep you on your toes!
-Evaluate project statuses, team performance, and Quality Metrics
