What you need for this position:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for web-based applications.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching products with proven revenue success.
- Creativity in implementing UI and functional solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
- Technical background, with experience in technical and specification writing, and wire framing.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- 2 †4 Years Real Estate Industry experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project skills.
- Distressed (REO/Short Sale) experience a plus.
- Agile Scrum development lifecycle experience a plus.
- Experience using JIRA a plus.
What you'll be doing:
- Create, define and enhance products, and its backlog and roadmap, in an agile development process.
- Manage and present product requirements and bugs with prioritized features and corresponding justification at scrum planning meetings.
- Manage product plans covering requirements gathering, specification creation, usability design, multivariate testing, user segmentation and targeting, and analysis of statistical data and conversion rates.
- Identify, facilitate and escalate issues that may affect or delay the development plan.
- Support Sales and Marketing by providing materials, demos and assisting with presentations.
- Track and document changes to previously approved product direction decisions.
- Provide comprehensive and articulate documentation that demonstrates superior writing skills.
- Create use cases, user stories, screen mockups and wireframes to support product requirements.
- Work under minimal supervision.
- Be an expert with respect to the competition.
- Be a leader within the company for your assigned product.
