What you need for this position:

- STRONG experience in C#
- Experience with WPF/Silverlight
- Strong UI Design Skills
- MVVM knowledge
- SQL Database experience
- Exposure to financial products (Fixed Income, eg Bonds, Swaps, etc.)
- Experience with Multi-threaded applications
- Version Control/Subversion
- Prism
- 3rd party controls (Infragistics or Telerik)
- Computer Science degree
