- 7+ years experience working in Software Development
- Experience with C/Visual Studio C++development and best practices
- Experience with Embedded system design and Microprocessor architecture
- Hardware Development

- Managing our Software and Firmware development groups
- Interacting with multiple internal groups: Engineering, Product Management, Executives, etc.
- Project Planning, prioritizing
