Average Yearly Compensation: Based on Skills and Experience

Additional Responsibilities:

• This position is both a report/web developer and server DBA
• Emphasis is on report/web development
• Manage initial RGS, design, development, UAT, implementation, support, training, and maintenance
• ASP.NET 4.0 Web & Console-Application development:
  • Convert classic ASP apps to .NET
  • Glean requirements from existing apps, or from Functional team members

• Windows 2008 Server Administration:

• Manage O/S updates & software upgrades
• IIS 7 configuration
• Windows Task Scheduler configuration
• Coding DOS CMD files for scheduled tasks

• Setup and configuration of new Servers:
  • Install new server hardware
  • Install and configure O/S
  • Install Virus protection software
  • Install and configure system software as required
• Oracle 10g/11g Database Administration on Windows 2008 Server:
  • Manage Backup & Recovery - import/export & RMAN
  • Monitor performance and respond with Database tuning & File/TableSpace sizing as required
  • Perform Oracle software upgrades & apply patches as needed
• Oracle 10g/11g Application Development:
  • Architect system schema objects to functional definitions
  • Create and manage data models
  • Create/Edit; Tables, Views, Indexes, Packages/Procedures, Functions, and Triggers

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science MIS, business or related field
• Excellent PC skills with a minimum of 3 years experience with a high degree of knowledge in Microsoft Access, Excel, SQL and web development
• Hands on position requiring both leadership and technical problem solving skills
• Required Languages; C#, JavaScript, CSS, jquery, ASP-VBSCRIPT, and DOS for cron/batch jobs
