Taleris is seeking to add a Data Integration Architect to our Client Service Delivery Group. The candidate for this roll will bring both exemplary technical data integration skills as well as outstanding communication and management skills which will be leveraged often in this multi-dimensional role responsible for regular interactions with client and the broader Taleris IT staff. Essential Responsibilities: The architect will be responsible for architectural strategy for integrating airline client data systems to the Taleris Analytical platform while focusing on strategies to minimize the client level of effort to engage with Taleris and maximize the speed and efficiency by which we can integrate data. This role will enable and require the candidate to be a very technical hands on data integration expert responsible for architecture and development tasks as well as serve as a client facing integration business consultant to our clients as we look to expand our client base. The Integration Architect will demonstrate technical leadership in communicating internal technical goals, client technical objectives and constraints, effectively strategize solutions, and work collaboratively with other IT departments in the Taleris organization.

In addition, you will:

  • Be responsible for technical integration architecture design and development, integration strategy support, managing contractors, and delivering to established timelines
  • Serve as technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of integration activities at client engagements
  • Assist or lead in the definition of systems solutions to functional problems, conforming to established system architecture standards and practices
  • Establish Data Integration Design Patters to be leveraged across client engagements
  • Participate in business process evaluation/improvement activities, requirements gathering, system analysis, system design, software/hardware applicability studies and system implementation and executes projects based on these activities
  • Provide input into the technology plan for the IT organization, and ensure that plans for their assigned applications integrate effectively with other aspects of the technical infrastructure
  • Advise management on application and supporting technology purchases and on future projects or environment upgrades/modifications
  • Support, advise, assist guide and resolve issues for client side technical staff as they integrate with Taleris
  • Establish integration system architecture standards and practices and work with outsourced suppliers as required to keep up to date with latest technologies
  • Participate in the evaluation/implementation of third party software solutions when requested Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering (or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an IT project management and program planning role)
  • Minimum of 8 years deep technical (hands on)Data Integration and/or ETL experience
  • Minimum of 4 years in client facing technical consulting role experience

    Eligibility Requirements:
