We are a growing dynamic company that is changing the the luxury hospitality industry. We are looking to expand our development and marketing team and are in need of an Email Developer to help with email templates, email production. What you need for this position:
-3-5 years hands-on email production experience required
-Proficiency in HTML/CSS mandatory
-Proficiency in all Adobe Creative Suite programs required
-Fluency in HTML and HTML Tools required
-Expertise in producing hard-coded HTML files from Photoshop files utilizing a combination of nested table structures and inline CSS
-Proficiency with dynamic-based content to deploy multiple language/content versions and market segmentation
-In-depth understanding of cross-browser and Front End development issues
-Knowledge of APIs and XML programming
-MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
-Experience using third party email applications (BlueHornet, Epsilon, Yesmail, ExactTarget, Cheetahmail, etc.) a plus
-Bachelors degree required
What you'll be doing:
-Email Execution
-Deliver production (HTML build, edit, QA, deploy and troubleshoot) for all assigned email production
-Manage multiple language and dynamic content versions for all emails
-Optimize mobile experience through custom templates and responsive design
-Understand email deliverability to effectively and proactively correct
-General understanding of CAN-SPAM, e-mail regulatory compliance, and deliverability elements
-Email Template Design and Development
-Understand the brand and strategic direction to accurately integrate into deliverables
-Develop new email (desktop and mobile) templates for various marketing campaigns based on best practices and business needs
-Design and Deliverability Testing
-Execute and proactively suggest A/B tests and other techniques to continually assess and improve email response
-Provide insights and actionable ideas for improvement on ongoing basis
-Project Management & Operations
-Generate and manage detailed project schedules to ensure on-time deliverables
-Collaborate with Marketing Manager to prioritize trafficking requests
-Manage creative assets for email campaigns
-Prepare and ensure accuracy and quality of all projects
-Communicate status, complications, developments, and next steps with stakeholders
