DETAILS Type: Permanent Location: Irving, TX Rate/Conversion Salary: $135,000 plus bonus!

Our Fortune 100 client's HR team develops strategic workforce related technology solutions in close partnership with other teams.

As an HRMS product specialist, you will be helping our client re-engineer their current HCM processes by bringing new technical solution. They are implementing the core Workday module HCM Administration as part the first part of the new solution. You will be defining business requirements and designing business process workflow within the applications. This will, at times, involve integration with Human Resources and non-Human Resources systems, data distribution, and information security. You will be providing end-to-end delivery of program components.

Responsibilities:
 Be a functional and technical leader for the full SDLC of HRMS Systems, including Workday
 Project Management - Proactively involve key players as appropriate; effectively communicate project status and risks; manage project scope and risk; plan and track projects. Manage deliverables, vendors and budgets.
 Generate buy-in to your vision for HRMS Systems and establish appropriate expectations.

REQUIRED
 Workday Software
 Bachelors degree
 Able to pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug test
 Excellent English, both written and verbal
 Excellent problem solving skills
 Strong experience in a large, complex environment dealing with multiple layers of regulations and security within the HRMS environment
 7+ years of strong hands-on experience performing complex business analysis/technical analysis and managing multi-stream technology projects - you must be willing and capable to roll up your sleeves and configure a HCM system yourself
 Cloud experience
 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with HRMS and/or other Human Resources applications
 3+ years of technology vendor relationship management
 Strong team player skilled at working with both local and geographically disperse teams, some global
 Easily able to build strong user partnerships/bonds
 Calm under pressure
 Able to smoothly, efficiently, and effectively manage multiple deliverables

Preferred:
 Major rollouts experience of HRMS applications/systems a strong plus
 Hands-on technical experience with cloud computing a strong plus
 Agile development methodology
 Hands on development experience in web-based applications, J2EE/Core Java, web services, XML, RDBMS - SQL Server or Oracle or Sybase, or SQL a strong plus
