JDE EnterpriseOne Business Analyst

We're looking for a dynamic individual. This candidate will contribute on multiple projects to design, build, and deploy many of our industry leading business systems. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and have the ability to synthesize and document information in a concise manner. The candidate must also have experience with web-based applications and technologies.  Some SharePoint knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities for this position include:
Formulate and define complex system requirements and objectives based on user and industry needs
Documentation of product requirements and translation of proper system specifications
Assist with product implementation delivery and roll-out
Facilitate training and working sessions
Work closely with development teams to design, build and test applications 

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a business or information technology related field
7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar roles with strengths in gathering requirements
5+ years working with Oracle EnterpriseOne business systems with emphasis on GL, AP, AR, PO modules and related custom interfaces.  JDE Real Estate module experience is a plus.  Version 8.10 or higher in a global environment is preferred.
At least 3+ years experience in a consulting/customer service related environment
Experience with at least one JDEdwards upgrade preferred
Demonstrated mastery of JDEdwards file layouts and structures, forms, interface techniques and business views.
Experience creating end user documentation and design specification documents
Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and SAS70 audit requirements
Strong background in web-based applications and web technologies. Knowledge of SharePoint a plus.
Strong software life cycle experience: Requirements, Design, Build, QA, etc.
Solid experience with typical JDEdwards implementation methodologies
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
Strong communication and conceptual skills
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines: Energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic is a must.
Strong experience in managing client expectations
