Senior Business System Analyst

VEDICSOFT SOLUTIONS INC. has 10 Senior Business System Analyst positions available in Iselin NJ. (M-F 9am-6pm 40 hrs./wk) Duties: Manage, build, document, define & automate innovative business processes, rules & solutions. Increase & improve the quality, sales, cost cutting, & revenue using a variety of skill-sets that include MS Office Suite, Windows, RationalRose, Rational Unified Process (RUP), ERWIN, Object Oriented Analysis & Design, & Q/A Testing Tools. Assist Project Mgr. in preparing appropriate transition plan for projects prior to impl. Assist w/dvpmt & review of appropriate production docs such as policies & procedures & manage selected projects when necessary. Prepare manuals & train workers in use of new forms, reports, procedures or equip.,according to org'l policy. Prepare Bus. Reqt. Doc. & then convert into Func'l Reqts & Tech'l specs. Conduct JAD sessions to allow different stakeholders to communicate, resolve any issues & come to an agreement. Work w/IT Security to analyze & provide support to plan, coord. & impl. the org's info. security which involves user life cycle mgmt that span around UNIX, Operating Systems, Database & Application levels w/the help of security tools available that include IBM -Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM), Tivoli Access Manager (TAM); & Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodologies & to provide assistance for audits such as SOX & other internal audits. Travel/reloc to various unantic. locs to interact with clients & train end users for various short & long term assignments. Req: Master's degree/equiv. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related & 12 months of exp. in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional.
