Product Managers are responsible for managing the financial product or service Technology Products and Services makes available to its Introducing Broker Dealers. This includes but is not limited to sales and marketing efforts, fiinacial management, resource management and competitive analysis. These functions are used to determine the overall product strategy and vision that needs to complement that of Pershing. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Associates will be evaluated, in part, based on performance of each essential function. Appropriate work experience would determine the seniority of the Product Management position. Brokerage experience including associated licensing (Series 7) a plus. Knowledge of securities industry and/or related financial services experience. Strong presentation skills. Negotiation, decision making, problem solving, influencing skills. Broad knowledge of the firm and key functions. Broad knowledge of Pershing systems and applications. Strong judgment and leadership skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamically changing environment. Effectively use Microsoft Office applications and PC proficiency in Windows-based programs. Ability to implement changes throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Management or related discipline is preferred
