IT Analyst

This position reports directly to the Site IT Manager.

The Analyst role will work with the many Applications, Systems and AGCO Personnel to analyze, design, test, implement and document detailed specifications to support the goals of the business.

Secondary responsibilities include administration of select 3rd party systems and data mining as needed for adhoc reporting utilizing Query 400, Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access or any other available tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a necessity as the position interacts with all levels of personnel and clear concise work instructions and documentation must be provided for developers and stake holders alike.

Associate Degree or 5+ years experience working as an Analyst producing designs for programming needs is required.

• Strong understanding of the Manufacturing processes
• Ability to design specification and requirements for business requests for programming consultants outside the company
• Ability to test code effectively
• Organize and facilitate user testing of all Software and Hardware products
• Provide support for AS400 queries, and data mining as requested by business
• Understand and possibly write CL and RPGLE code but not necessary
• Ability to schedule and prioritize requests
• Must pay attention to detail
• Experience with AS400, iSeries, JBA, SAP would be a PLUS
