Due to continuous growth and exciting new projects, we're looking for an experienced .NET Lead Developer to provide technical leadership in the design and development of our application architecture.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
• Make recommendations and implement best practices for the SDLC, including leveraging TFS
• Oversee the design and code of other developers with regards to performance, scalability and extensibility
• Assign/manage project assignments for team members while applying hands-on development skills as needed
• Work with Architect to make recommendations on strategic direction and high-level objectives
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in software development
• Strong experience in .NET (3.5 or higher) and web services development using C#
• Demonstrable expertise in object-oriented design and programming
• Knowledge of relational database design and programming
• Understanding of web development technologies ( ie Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST, WCF, WF)
Strong Pluses:
• Experience with SQLServer 2008+, T-SQL, stored procedures and user-defined functions
• Experience using ORM technologies such as Entity Framework 4.0 or NHibernate
• Experience using tools for OOD
• Experience working within MS Team Foundation Server environment and knowledge of how to leverage TFS capabilities to make SDLC more efficient
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (eg servers, network, security, storage) and how it interacts and influences software applications)
