Knowledge Analysts - ServiceNow

Knowledge Analysts with ServiceNow experience Needed in Lake Forest, IL

Selected Analysts will work for the next 2 years ensuring all functions related to the upkeep of knowledge documents and adoption of the new knowledge related work processes:

• Inventory all departmental knowledge templates & documents for migration to ServiceNow
• Perform a Quality review of knowledge documents and ensure knowledge meets documentation standards and is consumable by the intended audience
• Assist the Knowledge Manager with process definition and tool support
• Assist with the knowledge review process to ensure relevance and accuracy of knowledge articles
• Assist the Knowledge Manager with developing & producing monthly metrics
• Train Authors & Reviewers on standards, templates, and process
• Monitor and report on process performance
• All other job responsibilities as assigned

Requirements - Technical Musts

• ServiceNow experience
• Microsoft SharePoint
• Microsoft Office 2010 suite of productivity tools
• 4+ years of professional experience in the areas of document analysis, quality audits and quality control
• Must be able to communicate and persuade
• Must be able to work independently

Technical Pluses: Windows Exchange, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate
