*This is a great opportunity for someone to learn Ruby/ROR, Redis, MongoDB, and other NoSQL technologies.
What you need for this position:
- BSCS or related degree
- Strong understanding of web technologies
- Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails OR the desire to learn
- Other transferable programming: python, perl, php, java
- Experience with JavaScript- jQuery and Sproutcore
- Familiar with Linux
What you'll be doing:
- Help us extend and enhance our Ruby-on-Rails-based web applications
- Create Ruby on Rails applications to drive our internal process and sell our product on a high-visibility, destination E-commerce website
