Job Title: ERP Business Analyst/Project Lead
Salary/Rate: $78-85K
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Arkansas based company has an immediate need for a PL/SQL Developer for a permanent position.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree (minimum)
* 5-7 years of Analysis with Project Lead experience in Software Development
* Must have some ERP experience with Infor preferred
* IT Project Management experience
* Experience coordinating & facilitating complex enterprise projects.
* Experience with database systems involving 100s to 1000+ tables.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results within compressed time periods.
* Motivated, self-starter, collaborator and contributor
* Experience gathering application requirements and facilitating small teams
* Interest in the unique culture and business of agriculture, and a willingness to relocate to the area
* Love of small town environments where the business of agriculture occurs.
Responsibilities:
* Gathering requirements and working with application developers to develop and maintain applications and reports
* Facilitating and managing end-user requests for enhancements
* Coordinating the upgrade and implementation of Infor Adage ERP from version 4.0.5 to 5.9.2
* Developing expertise in manufacturing side of the ERP system as a primary ERP point of contact for business users into MIS department.
* Assisting with application development life cycle related to PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports Crystal Reports, and/or Oracle APEX
* Prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
* Communicating and interfacing with IT and Business teams as well as end-users.
* Analyzing information to determine, recommend and plan complex reports and applications.
* Support for developed systems including maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnostics.
