Yoh has a contract opportunity for a Help Desk Support Technician to join our client in Little Rock, AR. This temporary/contract position is for the duration of approximately twelve (12) months.

Job Overview:

- Hours for this position are: 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

- Provides support activities in an assigned area.
- Performs equipment exchange and recording inventory controls, software installations and program updates, troubleshooting and prom resolution on computer and Telecommunication systems.
- Train users on supported software and hardware with understanding of technology from a user perspective as well as technical perspective.
- Assist users to resolve computer related problems such as inoperative hardware or software.

Job Qualifications:

- Two (2) years of related IT/telecom support experience.
- Must have A+ certification.
- High school diploma required.
