Currently seeking multiple project coordinators to support customers and support high-traffic and fast-paced projects. Work closely with In-house development teams, Offshore teams and client representatives. You'll be responsible for managing the work done by support resources, ensuring all support tickets are responded too and are meeting customer satisfaction.
What you need:
- 3+ years of experience working in a project coordination role
- Experienced working in a Microsoft/Windows development environment
- Understanding of .NET and SQL technologies
- Previous customer support experience
- Experience coordinating with off-shore development teams
- Experience interfacing with customers/clients on a day to day basis
- Excellent communication skills - ability to work with technical and non-technical teams and business users
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
What you will be doing:
- Work with multiple teams and clients across different business units and projects
- Responsible for managing the work done by support resources, ensuring all support tickets are responded too and are meeting customer satisfaction
- Support customers and support high-traffic and fast-paced projects
- Work with the Tech staff to automate existing tasks and minimize the amount of manual processes
- Coordinate with In-house development teams, Offshore teams and client representatives.
- Responsible for creating project scopes, defining project lifecycles, tracking of projects, status reporting, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Travel to client sites a few times a month and be the face of the organization
