Description

Our World Class Parts team is looking for a high caliber, energetic, enthusiastic addition to join us as a iPod Rapid Exchange Senior Parts Processor. Successful candidates must be detail oriented, committed to shrink reduction and high quality work. The Senior provides leadership and development in a structured work environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Orchestrates iPod Rapid Exchange Parts team members as needed to complete tasks in the Parts area
- Maintains a variety of records, such as inventories of supplies and materials
- Prepares correspondence, forms and reports
- Produces documents/reports related to Parts
- May be required to establish and maintain filing systems
- Applies knowledge of basic math, bookkeeping, telephone procedures, and computer skills
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
- Must be able to synthesize large amounts of information into a crisp and coherent picture of the parts operational status, trends and be able to articulate this to the management team
- Manages the customer experience by ensuring customer concerns are handled in a timely manner
- Ensures proper training of iPod Rapid Exchange Parts Team members
- Ensure quality standards are maintained

Basic Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Ability to work a flexible schedule

- 6 months experience in a work-related leadership position

- 6 months of experience in parts and/or inventory

- 6 months experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications:
- One or more years experience in a work-related leadership position
- One or more years work experience in parts and/or inventory
