Do you have interest in playing a vital role at the largest Geek Squad computer repair facility in the world? Geek Squad City is home to hundreds of Geek Squad Agents and support personnel who are passionate about making technology work for everyone. We are looking for individuals with dedication and drive to join our ranks as a Geek Squad Customer Service Supervisor.

This Supervisor's main area of responsibility will be to communicate expectations and manage employee performance. The Supervisor will give employees the information, technology and reference materials necessary to perform their task and help employees resolve a wide variety of concerns and complaints.

Additional responsibilities include developing staff, mentoring, and providing career coaching, and motivating staff (individually and as a group) in order to establish an effective team. The Supervisor will address performance problems through corrective action up to dismissal.

This is a fast based environment, so applicants must be able to multi task and prioritize in order to reach desired levels of production.

Basic Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including Saturday work as needed

- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook
- 1 year of supervisory/management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert level understanding of Best Buy escalation process
- Basic understanding of Covert Process
- Previous experience working on Processes and Procedures
- Basic understanding of White Label
- Working knowledge of GSP
- Entitlement certified
- 1 year experience with STAR and SmartParts
- 1 year experience with Breeze
- 2 years experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook
- 3 years of customer service experience
- 5 years of supervisory/management experience
