Job Description

To support and maintain a complex set of restaurant level POS/BOH data files for all company and select franchise restaurants, ensuring data integrity in all downloads.

    1. Demonstrate proficiency in the POS/BOH accountabilities of the Data Management Analyst position. This includes leading and supporting national and test initiatives in support of the Marketing calendar and Operations. Requires system analysis techniques and procedures to determine software or system functional specifications and design, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modification of systems or programs based on the Marketing and Operations needs.
    2. Provide some training and guidance to Data Management Analysts.
    3. Follow field ready process in the testing of database files prior to restaurant level downloading on POS/BOH systems.
    4. Scrutinize key audit control reports and take necessary action to ensure data integrity.
    5. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers (ie Marketing, Help Desk, Operations, Franchisees, Finance, R&D), to ensure requests and issues are resolved in a timely manner, per set guidelines.
    6. Provide internal and external project leadership in support of database maintenance and marketing initiatives.
    7. Provide on call support after hours (nights and weekends) to field operations and help desk in the resolution of menu related issues.
    8. Manage and prioritize work activities with minimal supervision to meet continuous deadlines, which directly impact field operations.

Minimum Requirements

EDUCATION:

Some college preferred

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

Preferred customer service skills

Ability to work independently

Strong leadership capabilities

Must be detail oriented with solid organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Solid problem solving ability

Solid concept of computer skills (Unix/OS2 commands, PC fundamentals, Operating Systems)
