Job Description:

Looking for candidates to help in a Windows 7 upgrade. The candidate will be imaging the Windows 7 software onto PC’s. Will need previous knowledge troubleshooting and imaging PC’s. Previous work as customer support, PC Tech, helpdesk, Field Tech would be beneficial.

  • Associates will be expected to handle high call volume related to security requests (account
  • Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
  • Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
  • May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
  • May require an associate's degree in a related area and 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Requirements:

  • Requires 1-2 years of customer service/technical support experience in a high volume call center environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows XP and Windows 7 upgrade
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system
  • Knowledge of IT helpdesk environments
  • Helpdesk work experience
  • Proficient in MS office; Word, Excel, Outlook preferred
  • Tech savvy!
