Job Description:
Looking for candidates to help in a Windows 7 upgrade. The candidate will be imaging the Windows 7 software onto PC’s. Will need previous knowledge troubleshooting and imaging PC’s. Previous work as customer support, PC Tech, helpdesk, Field Tech would be beneficial.

- Associates will be expected to handle high call volume related to security requests (account
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
- Performs general maintenance tasks and resolves less complex problems immediately, while more complex issues are identified to a higher level of support.
- May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system.
- May require an associate's degree in a related area and 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Requirements:
- Requires 1-2 years of customer service/technical support experience in a high volume call center environment.
- Experience supporting Windows XP and Windows 7 upgrade
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- May involve use of problem management databases and help desk system
- Knowledge of IT helpdesk environments
- Helpdesk work experience
- Proficient in MS office; Word, Excel, Outlook preferred
- Tech savvy!
