Network Administrator

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study and document present work flow and procedures.
• Identify potential computer networking and computer application areas.
• Configure and analyze email applications or virus protection software.
• Write, test and debug complex programs.
• Prepare system flow diagrams and develop systems procedures.
• Provide technical assistance and training to user staff and to programming and operation personnel.
• Prepare, coordinate and supervise systems implementation.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in data processing or related field required
• 2+ years of deskside support experience required
• 2+ years' networking and server break-fix experience
• CCNA, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications
• Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate system and network requirements
• Knowledge of networking computer hardware and software
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time
