We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a Director, PMO Delivery Lead. We have a position that will be assigned to Consumer, Product, or Enterprise business areas. Three total openings.

Job Purpose:
Under the general direction of the VP of Program Management Office (PMO), this position is responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide efforts related to Solution Analysis, Program and Project Definition (SAPD), and People Change Management. Analysis and definition includes efforts such as: Transformation, Operational efficiency improvement, Process reengineering, System integration, New product and/or service offering, Business operating model changes. This role will be process owner and leader for the SAPD team, process owner for People Change Management, and a key member of the PMO leadership team. In addition, the person in this role must be a successor candidate for the VP of the PMO.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Build, develop and lead the Solution Analysis and Project Definition team. Ensure appropriate resources are in place to support business need. Build, maintain and monitor a team "brand" to promote productive relationships and to ensure consistency and quality business value. Assess individual and team strengths and opportunities. Enable and empower employees to achieve individual, department and organizational goals.
2. Develop, execute, and lead the Solution Analysis and Project Definition process and function, to include success metrics/measures. Communicate and act to drive improvements in process, performance and results.
3. Develop, execute, and lead the Change Management process at the project level, to include success metrics/measures. Communicate and act appropriately to drive improvements in process, performance and results.
4. Develop and leverage positive working relationships with leaders at every level from all areas of the company. Partner with business leaders to understand their business needs and ensure appropriate resources are in place to build business cases, assess & solve complex problems and package complete & comprehensive plans to transition to the Project Delivery team.
5. Understand and utilize effective use of project management methodologies and tools.
6. Serve as a PMO "ambassador" to forward its vision and mission by promoting the value of the PMO as a whole.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance or other related field. Master's in business administration or other related field preferred.
2. Ten years of experience in a leadership role of a solution or service based organization.
3. Eight to 10 years demonstrating process/program leadership through definition and analysis.
4. Eight to 10 years experience providing employee leadership and development.
5. Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders, mobilize and motivate teams, set direction and approach, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages and execute with limited information and ambiguity.
6. Strong organizational, planning, presentation and problem-solving/critical thinking skills.
7. Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively; solid influencing skills.
8. Sound business and technical acumen.
9. Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
10. Knowledge of financial services industry or credit union industry preferred.
