Coordinate the planning, organization and monitoring of manufacturing integrations and manufacturing transfers across Stryker's manufacturing network using established project management tools and techniques. Ability to work unsupervised.
- Independently lead manufacturing integration or transfer projects in a highly regulated medical device industry.
- Provide leadership to the project team.
- Develop and execute project plans on time and on budget with no operational disruption.
- Develop and execute a multi-stakeholder communications plan throughout the business.
- Manage the creation and approval of Capital Equipment Requests (CERs) based on sound financial knowledge and inputs from technical experts.
- Work with and direct the leaders of functional area's such as, facilities, IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Quality on defining task's required to integrate or transfer.
Qualifications and Work Experience Required:
- 5 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk, schedule, budget, and resources for large scale projects against set milestones with challenging deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience with software such as: MS Office, Word, Excel. Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and working knowledge of CAD design packages.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and give presentations to business leaders.
- Experience organizing and managing manufacturing transfers within a regulated industry.
- Experience managing and developing large scale project plans in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with cross functional disciplines within a manufacturing enterprise.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing, verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with continuous improvement projects and outline business process flows.
Education and Special Training Required:
Bachelor's Degree in business, manufacturing, engineering or other relevant field of study. Master's Degree preferred. Qualifications/Work Experience: Percent Travel Required: 25% - 50%
