Located in the heart of New York City, we are one of the nations leading Internet Companies. Due to growth and major expansion, we are looking to hire a bright and experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team on a full time basis.
In this role you will be responsible for maintaining client websites. This will include debugging, trouble-shooting as needed and interfacing with the clients. We are seeking people that have some development skills, are strong in UNIX using commands like grep and have strong SQL Scripting skills.

What you'll be doing:
- Providing high-level technical support to clients.
- Creating and maintaining client integration health monitors.
- Resolving support requests through the ticketing system.
- Escalating technical issues when needed and managing internal and external resolution expectations.
- Conveying root cause analysis of issues to Product Management for resolution.
- Interfacing with third party service providers to coordinate maintenance schedules or to initiate/follow up on tickets relevant to their services.
What you need for this position:
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Ecommerce, debugging code, installing monitoring systems, teaching or presenting, implementing escalation procedures.
- Strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter, ability to work with limited supervision, ability to multi-task.
- Required Technical Skills: Experience with writing SQL queries, UNIX/Linux.
- Bachelors degree.
