JoS A. Bank Clothiers is looking for a Database Analyst to assist the Loss Prevention Department. This person will be responsible for our exception based reporting software, XBR. This data mining software is one of our most important tools in identifying fraud and theft. This person needs to be analytical and must be proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel. This individual would develop a management structure for the analysis of key reports and provide the main analysis of exceptions to the department.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of retail and the various departments that make up a retail company. Problem-solving skills and the ability to look for new and different ways of finding information is a must. Prior knowledge of the Point of Sale system and prior loss prevention experience is a plus.
