Key Role:
Support a client with the development of an IP-based VOIP and data and secure wideband mission communications suite. Provide requirements definition, functional requirements traceability, DODAF Viewpoint development, SETR checklist tailoring, and translation of VH CONOPS into understandable use cases for a design team. Provide coordination airworthiness guidance and flight clearance preparation recommendations to the design team. Maintain situational awareness on all programs that may affect the interoperability of a future VH mission communications suite, including VACM, crypto modernization, PAGCN development, EACN interoperability requirements, and military satellite communications migration plans. Describe daily tasks and operations performed by pilots, CSO, and CrewChief while aboard VH aircraft.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience in the Naval Aviation environment-Experience with planning, coordination, and airworthiness review requirements for Interim and Permanent Flight Clearances issued by NAVAIR-4.0P-Experience with planning, coordination, and requirements for systems engineering technical reviews-Knowledge of all Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) mission tasks-Knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) COMNAVIARFORINST 4790.2 requirements-Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Management System-Knowledge of tasks, roles, and responsibilities of a Marine One Communications Systems Officer-Active Secret clearance-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:-BA or BS degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or a technical field preferred

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
