Key Role:

Lead the Network Operations Center/Security Operations Center (NOCSOC) Transition. Conduct site assessments and consolidated data center discussions, prepare target architecture diagrams, acquisition strategies, and staffing and training plans, and identify system, application, network dependencies, and transition risks. Define and execute the NOCSOC Transition Management Plan and requirements gathering and develop a Bill of Materials for IT infrastructure preparation and system migration, as required. Maintain responsibility for monthly status reports and NOCSOC deliverable development and quality review and support NOCSOC transition management planning, including enhancement of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and other documentation. Manage and oversee the NOCSOC tool modernization, virtualization and integration efforts, report enhancement, and ongoing event engineering. Assess virtualization software, prepare the virtual tool and design recommendation, develop the NOCSOC system virtualization implementation plan, prepare and execute the system virtualization implementation plan, and prepare Change Requests (CR) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), as required.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-8+ years of experience with systems development life cycle-7+ years of experience with network architecture design and development-6+ years of experience with managing and leading technical professionals-5+ years of experience with project management-Active Secret clearance-BA or BS degree
