About the Opportunity
We are seeking a strong technical architect and motivator who owns and drives technical projects and provides leadership for groups of engineers. You will be a "doer" and know how to get things done. This role encompasses everything from product/production architecture, to hands on developing and even being able to debug in a SaaS Production. We expect our leaders to be very hands on with a lot of common sense. This role will be to support multiple teams developing our next generation platform.

Responsibilities
Hands on technical leadership of multiple teams. Ability to understand and work with multiple teams at a time.
- Ability to create, nurture and grow people into high performing teams
- Hire, mentor and grow passionate individuals who work well in strong teams
- Ability to drive solutions that work for everyone

Ability to get others to understand what the architecutre is that we are building to.

Qualifications
B.S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven track record leading successful software teams
- 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in a full application lead role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and/or Kanban

Ability to work with a broad variety of Java Technologies: JBoss, XML, Spring, Dynamic Web based frameworks, SQL and NoSQL (Cassandra a plus) databases, RESTful Web Services, and Javascript
