Job Description:
Property management company is seeking an Office Administrator for a full-time, long-term position. You will attend board meetings to take the meeting minutes, prepare and distribute the minutes to residents of the association, utilize MS Word, Excel and Publisher, write newsletters, utilize a specialized system called Caliper, answer 2-incoming lines, and handle general office duties. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:40 p.m.

Job Requirement:
Qualified candidates must have leasing, real estate or property management experience, must have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Publisher, and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
