Key Role:

Help put Booz Allen in a position to win eProcurement business systems opportunities from both a technical and a functional standpoint. Develop technical material to be used in proposals for upcoming procurements focused on the PRISM tool and other tools that may become of interest in the DoD environment. Work closely with both eProcurement functional specialists and business development staff to develop market understanding and to position the firm for successful proposal efforts against eProcurement opportunities. Perform in-depth analysis of tools, including PRISM and its competitors to align these tools with projected government requirements. Provide analysis to help Booz Allen bid from a competitive position of deep technical understanding combined with awareness of competitive differentiators for the tools Booz Allen chooses to bid.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with technical sales or engineering with at least one eProcurement platform, including PRISM or APPIAN
-5+ years of experience in DoD IT environment
-Experience with developing technical work products designed to showcase understanding and technical depth
-Experience with small-group leadership in delivery or marketing and sales
-Secret clearance required
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting the Army acquisition community, including PEO EIS and ASA (ALT)
-Experience with using, supporting, or managing staff that use PRISM
-Experience with competing tools, including APPIAN
-Experience with writing government proposals
-BA or BS degree in Mathematics, CS, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
