Description

Key Role:
Provide support as a SharePoint programmer and administrator with demonstrated ability to analyze needs and develop SharePoint enabled solutions to satisfy customers and design objectives. Design, develop, implement, customize, and troubleshoot SharePoint solutions and issues. Build strong customer relationships and be comfortable in a client site setting. This position is located in the Northern VA area.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with SharePoint development working on a variety of projects, including SharePoint 2007 or SharePoint Designer
-Experience with configuring and customizing SharePoint sites and Web parts
-Knowledge of commonly used Web technology concepts, practices, and procedures
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required-BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with at least two of the following, including HTML and XML, JavaScript, CSS, PERL, VBScript, Crystal Reports, Cogon's, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, InfoPath, Access, Excel, Word, or PowerPoint
-Experience with gathering functional requirement and dealing with both the functional and technical users of a system
-Experience with SQL database and transactional SQL programming
-Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
-Knowledge of the Project Management Framework
-Knowledge of excellent team leadership and development skills
-Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to revise requirements
-Possession of excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
