Key Role:
Evaluate, propose, and participate in the design and development of SOA applications, including security layer requirements associated with Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Conduct research and provide solutions specific to n-tier architectures and recommended approaches related to these components, technologies, and products used to develop and implement SOA applications. Deliver SOA implementation advisory and support for enterprise-level programs supporting the health market.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-3+ years of experience with developing and implementing Web services-3+ years of experience with coding and deploying UI application, using J2EE-3+ years of experience with XML and XSD as a part of systems engineering and architecture phases-1+ years of experience with developing in Oracle SOA suite or equivalent open source products, creating business rules, using OPA or another rules engine, and Business Process Manager to control business processes workflows-1+ years of experience with one or more of the following ESB functions: logging, audit, security, routing, or transformation-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
