Description:

of SAIC is currently seeking multiple individuals to support its Development, Modernization and Enhancement (DME) BPA with US Department of State, Consular Affairs, Consular Systems and Technology (DoS/CA/CST). The successful candidate will be providing software engineering services, including operations and maintenance (O&M) and application development and enhancement, in support of CST's ACS IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include: engineering of software solutions based upon customer requirements; supporting software operations and maintenance (O&M), including bug fixes, issue troubleshooting and patching; developing technical documentation; supporting the Team Lead, as required.

Qualifications:
Required Education/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 5 years of progressive software engineering experience are required. The qualified candidates should have experience with the following technologies:

C#, MS Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio, ASP.Net, HTML 5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Java (J Developer, JDK, SDK, JRE), C++, PHP5, Oracle10g/11g, Oracle WebLogic, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL, Erwin, Toad, and InstallSheild. Additionally, the qualified candidate must be proactive, possess excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills, be effective team player' and have the ability to work independently.

Desired Skills:

Experience with Unix/Linux/Apache Webserver/IIS/Tomcat, Windows OS/.Net 3.5, JAWS, Oracle Application Server, Oracle Fusion Middleware, J2EE/EE6 and the Rational Suite is considered a plus. Experience with Agile Software Development Methodology is considered a plus. Experience with DoS and/or CST specific CM processes/environment also considered a plus.
