Position Description
We have an immediate opportunity for an IT Internal Audit Senior with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (SAP, Oracle, JDE, PeopleSoft and/or Hyperion Financial Management) experience for our Atlanta office.
The senior associate will be involved in the following services with appropriate training and supervision:
- Analyzing and evaluating information technology (IT) security risks and controls
- Assessing ERP systems security and controls for widely used packages including SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, and Hyperion Financial Management
- Providing IT risk reduction recommendations
- Performing general IT control reviews
- Performing SOC1 audits
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of four years experience working within an Information Technology Operations or an Information Security role
- Have IT experience in external or internal audit providing services in some or all of the following:
o Sarbanes-Oxley Consulting, Section 404 services, Internal Audit Outsourcing and Consulting, Risk Assessments, Information Security, and General Computer Controls
o Exposure to financial applications such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft and/or Hyperion Financial Management
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, engineering or related area
o CISA, CISSP, GIAC or similar certifications, or the willingness to obtain within the near future
Preferred Qualifications
- Security and controls experience in a widely used financial application (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, or Hyperion Financial Management)
- Consulting background
- CISA, CISSP or CISM certifications, or the willingness to obtain in the near future
- Knowledgeable regarding Sarbanes-Oxley Act, FFIEC, GLBA and similar requirements
- Must be willing to take part in a fast-paced, growth environment
- Must be able to interpret and convey technical information to all levels of technical aptitude, including senior management. This includes written and oral communications
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and confidentiality, as well as ability to adhere to both company policies and best practices
- Able to manage multiple priorities successfully within a deadline-driven environment
- Possess a strong internal drive and motivation for continuous improvement
- Flexible for periodically working long hour days to meet deadlines when necessary
